For daytime use, just rub a bit behind your neck and wrists. The scent is truly intoxicating. 

For sleep - rub on the bottom of the feet, wrists, temples. 

Ingredients: Organic Sunflower oil, Wildcrafted Lavender , Wildcrafted Chamomille, Organic Passionflower, Cera Bellina, Mango Butter, Cetyl alcohol, Lavender, Rose Geranium and Lemon essential oils.
