Oral Lichen Planus Relief Capsules

So, I have about a third of the OLP oral rinse left in the bottle I purchased last year. So, when I came back to do another order I saw the capsules and decided to go with that instead. I'm currently using both and I do believe it's working. I'm hooked on potato chips, and I believe that among other things is the issue with my cheeks breaking open and burning. I may have to give them up and go back to having ice cream. Idk 😔. I just started taking the capsules earlier this week, but getting all the ingredients in my system I believe it will help me greatly as far as the healing process. When I have a flare up, I have to drink everything at room temperature, not a fan of that, but cold water irritates my cheeks, so be it. I used to think it was citric acid I was allergic to, Citric acid is basically in Everything. I'm a label reader I have many allergies, so I'm always doing research. It helps to keep track of different things I eat and the outcome. I truly appreciate these capsules and the oral rinse, I will always purchase from this company.
