Using the dropper, apply a small amount to the lesions for about 5 minutes and spit out.

Do not drink anything for 30 minutes.

I wasn't diagnosed with this disease, but I've done my research on it. Browsing through the Internet I came across this last year. I thought why not give it a try and to my surprise It worked.! It does take time, but I'm thankful for trying it. I purchased the 6 oz bottle since I read what Sherry suggested for use, and I have about 1/3 of the bottle left, so I'm going to purchase another bottle. It Really Does Work, my only thing is sometimes I do eat some things that flare it up, but I rinse my mouth out after I'm done eating, then I use the tincture.
