Using the dropper, apply a small amount to the lesions for about 5 minutes and spit out.

Do not drink anything for 30 minutes.

Lichen Planus can turn to oral cancer and its somthing that once you get it, you really never get rid of it. I learned this from a customer of mine that had to deal with oral cancer that they say was caused by Lichen Planus. So I talked to my dentist about it and asked why he never educated me on how important this matter can be. He confirmed that, yes it can cause cancer. So those of us that have it, need to do all we can to keep it at bay. This stuff works, its the only thing that I have found that helps, outside of NOT using tootpaste that has like sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), strong flavoring agents like mint and cinnamon (cinnamaldehyde), and aggressive whitening or tartar-control chemicals (such as hydrogen peroxide. In other words kid toothpaste!!! After using Tickle Belly, I feel like I dont even have it anymore! I doesnt happen in a week, you need to be patient, but this stuff is great, and more than likely I will need to take this the rest of my life.
