Wild Nootka Rose Honey
If you have never had a wild rose honey you are in for an exotic treat. I only make this in the summer when the flowers are visible and incredibly fragrant.
I spread the honey with the flowers on cracker or toast or enjoy it in your tea. I promise you will never forget it.
There is a reason that roses are associated with the heart. They help heal us from trauma, grief and emotionally stress. They are cooling to the body, so good for hot conditions and they are are anti-inflammatory and can assist with inflammatory conditions like arthritis.
