Organic Lemon Balm Tincture
Here we have another adaptogen. They are truly my favorites as you can tell. I use many. They just make you calm and feel like you can tackle the daily stressors. I carry the vial in my purse and take 1/2 to 1 dropperful when I feel like I'm overloaded. With time you will figure out your dose.
Lemon Balm is from the mint family. Used since ancient times to calm the heart and the body, lemon balm with its delicate lemony flavor uplifts the spirit .
Lemon Balm can calm the nervous system, soothes digestion, and lowers blood pressure. It’s easy—and palatable—to take as a tea or a tincture and it works quickly. For tea or tincture, drink a cup or take ten drops of the tincture, respectively, as needed. Lemon balm is crazy-safe, so no worries about using it as often as you’d like.
Lemon balm—a member of the mint family (as so many herbs are)—makes a lovely, uplifting, energizing tea. Sweeten it to your liking, but avoid using dairy milk in medicinal brews (the proteins interact with active constituent uptake).
